    MarinAlive Vendor Payment Portal

    MarinAlive is an environmentally conscious event that is part of a larger initiative spearheaded by Marina Central Precinct. The event's primary objective is to promote eco-literacy, sustainable practices, and sustainable consumer products available in Singapore, all with a focus on the marine environment.

    The vendor selection process will prioritize products that align with sustainable principles, with an emphasis on zero harm to the planet. Interactive workshops that promote eco-literacy will also be featured to further enhance the event's environmental advocacy.

    In addition to the vendor participation, City Sprouts has been tasked with creating an immersive experience centered around marine life and ocean waste, with the goal of engaging visitors and promoting a pro-environment attitude through interactive installations.

    **Once you made the payment confirming your booth space, please reach out to elise@citysprouts.com.sg to confirm your workshop timeslot. In the email, you should include (1) the preferred workshop time, (2) the title of your workshop, (3) how many people can attend per session (4) the price you are charging participants.

    Terms and Conditions:

    • Price stated includes 8% GST
    • City Sprouts reserves the rights to decide on the final assignment of table spot or workshop space.
    • Vendor must make effort to decorate or spruce up their own visual merchandising for their assigned table.
    • Vendor to be present at their booth at all time to interact with visitors and share more information about their initiatives.
    • Vendor is encouraged to host demos or workshops to engage with visitors. Several tables are set aside for workshops. Please carefully read the instructions in the same excel link mentioned above, that was sent to you in the email together with the payment link.
    • Vendor to cooperate in furnishing product information or workshop information(if any) to City Sprouts.
    • Booking is NOT confirmed until booth fee is paid.
    • Vendor is to handle their own payment mode and processes with visitors.
    • Should vendor request to pull out from the event after payment made, there will be no refund.
    • City Sprouts reserves the rights to withdraw vendor or their products during the event that are deemed inappropriate.
    • CitySprouts or Marina Central will not be responsible for any theft of items during the market.
    • Vendors will be required to tear down by the end of each day. We will provide storage space to store your products on the premises.

    By transacting, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of participation as MarinAlive vendor.
