We are thrilled to be partnering with Terra Luna Yoga to bring the sought-after rooftop yoga sessions back to Sky Sprouts. Be surrounded by lush greens and the rising or setting sun as you move, breathe, and nourish your well-being.

We've lined up some exciting class types for all you rooftop and nature lovers out there!

  • 9 Oct Sun, 7am - Power Up
    Our Power class from the studio to the sky! This class will work up a sweat as we explore dynamic flows and some balances to shake things up in the morning!

  • 22 Oct Sat, 6:30pm - Mindful Flow with Aromatherapy
    Come join us for a soulful flow with aromatherapy! Unwind and release tired aches and find some pause - perfect round up to your Saturday!

  • 6 Nov Sun, 7am - Strength & Stretch
    We're taking yin yang to another level with Strength & Stretch! This class is part strength circuit and part stretch - if it's hard to choose how to move, then this class is a match for you!

  • 19 Nov Sat, 6:30pm - Sound Bath + Stretch(90mins)
    Crystal bowls and sunset? Check and check! This class is all about riding the rhythm of your breath and movement before winding down with a soothing sound bath underneath the early evening stars. Not to be missed!

For all sessions, you will need your own yoga mat, a waterbottle and some sunnies!

This is a RAIN OR SHINE event! In the event of inclement weather we will move to the Terraluna Yoga studio at Level 3 🙂
