TANGs Eco Eco Vendor Payment Portal

Eco Eco @ TANGs Plaza (Orchard) is a mall-wide campaign, it aims to highlight local sustainable and social businesses. The partnership with CitySprouts aims to bring in a focus on fresh produce and local food with a home-made touch. Strategically located at B1 of TANGs Plaza (right after SaladStop!), a unique experience is guaranteed!

This is a great chance to showcase and market your products to the TANGs customers (both Orchard shoppers and TANGs membership of 50k strong) in a prime shopping belt. Shoppers arriving by MRT will definitely pass by your products!

• Price stated includes 8% GST
• Vendor acknowledges that TANGS will take 25% GTO from sales made.
• Booking is NOT confirmed until booth fee is paid.
  
• Vendor will be provided a table or display space. In the email sent to you with the payment link, you will also find a link to an excel file to indicate your table preference.
  
• Vendor must make effort to decorate or spruce up their own visual merchandising for their assigned display space.
• Retail time at Tangs is 11am - 8 pm daily
• Merchandise must be set-up within stipulated time 9am - 10:20am, before retail hours 11am.
• Vendor to be present at least 3 days to interact with clients and share more information about their products.
• Vendor is encouraged to host demos, tastings or free workshops to engage with customers during the Friday, Saturday, Sunday peak shopping period. A large table in the middle of the space is set aside for demos, tastings or free workshops. Please carefully read the instructions in the same excel link mentioned above, that was sent to you in the email together with the payment link.
• Vendor to cooperate in furnishing SKU product information to TANGs for facilitating TANGs POS system.
• TANGs will provide gun tags with retail price (inclusive of GST) and SKU barcode.
• All shoppers shopping in the 'pop-up' will make payment via TANGs POS System, paid to TANGs.
• TANGs will consolidate sales on and notify City Sprouts post event.
• CitySprouts will pass on the value received by Tangs within 60 days from 24 April 2023.
• Vendor to cooperate in furnishing Accounts details to City Sprouts for facilitating reimburse of sales received.
• Should vendor request to pull out from the event after payment made, there will be no refund.
• City Sprouts reserves the rights to withdraw vendors or their products during the 'pop-up' that are deemed inappropriate.

By transacting, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of participation as TANGs Eco Eco vendor.
