Sky Sprouts

A Sachi Experience - Wine appreciation workshop & cocktail making

30th October, Sunday
5:00 pm to 6:30 pm

Introducing Sachi, the world’s first sustainable soy whey based alcoholic beverage brand – and they’re coming to Sky Sprouts! Sachi is made from soy whey that would otherwise be disposed of by tofu manufacturers, but tastes just like honey wine. They hope to revolutionise the alcohol industry by creating new generation products fit for the modern lifestyle. You’ll also get to learn how to create cocktails with Sachi!

Programme:

  1. Rooftop farm tour
  2. An introduction to Sachi wine
