  • Allotment Plot

    City Sprouts has 3 urban farms, Henderson, Punggol, West Coast and Pasir Ris. If you are keen, please register your interest with us. You will be contacted once a lot becomes available.

  • Experiential Space Making

    As you meander through our space, you'll be greeted by raw and rustic welcome of native crops and bustling biodiversity that surprises you at every corner. Each of our farm comes with workshop spaces and community hall that allows farmer to host larger engagements with public.

    At our farms, we actively organize community workshops and events to engage with the residents in the region. We work closely with our farmers to co-create these experiences to inspire, educate and pass down practical skills to members of public.

  • What is the size of the plot?

    Different City Sprouts locations has different Geeenhouse sizes. Typically, each location has option of Small, Medium, Large Greenhouses. Small Greenhouses are typically 30sqm to 49sqm. Medium Greenhouse are typically 55sqm to 65sqm. While Large Greenhouse are more than 70 sqm.All greenhouses are 5m in width, provision of swing door that is 90cm wide.

    What is provided for tenants?

    City Sprouts designed and built the greenhouses - come with the structure and polyethylene sheet for the roof and mesh around the sides, on as-is grass/soil at site, and Water provision point, with monthly billable charges at $30/month. Electrical provision (13amps) is an add-on that can be provided upon written request from individual tenant. A one-off implementation fee for electrical (includes DB, 2 double gang, testing and commissioning) will be chargeable to tenant, and thereafter a monthly billable charges for electrical at $50/month; All prices exclude prevailing GST.

    What is the minimum commitment / leasing period?

    The leases are offered on a 1-year basis.

    What other commitments are required to be part of the Community?

    For better synergy to enliven spaces within City Sprouts space, when required by City Sprouts, the farm tenant shall work together and collaborate through:

    1. Participation in community engagement programmes organized by City Sprouts at least 2 times a year; or
    2. Support City Sprout’s initiatives to promote the space and activities via contributions of recyclable materials or excess produce, or social media mentions of City Sprouts; or
    3. Jointly develop programme content with City Sprouts and allow participants of such programmes to: (i) Access the Greenhouse for the purposes of guided tours; (ii) Conduct workshops & programmes inside Greenhouse; (iii) Share unwanted/excess produce/plants with City Sprouts; or (iv) Other forms of partnership negotiated by both parties
