We start the workshop with exploring the farm through a guided tour where we specifically search for and focus our discussion on Beneficial Bugs. We talk about why specific bugs are a beneficial part for our eco-system. We discuss concepts like organic farming, healthy soil and vermi-composting.
Kids get an up close and personal with earthworms and a hands-on experience to mine earthworms in a controlled environment. Finally, we discuss food waste and understand how our little warriors - The Black Soldier Flies can break down food and reduce food waste.
A minimum number of participants is required for the programme to begin. A full refund will be refunded in the form of credits should the minimum number is not met. There will be no refund for cancellation two weeks prior to the date of the programme.
