FAQ
How do I submit my product list?
You may submit your product list to hello@citysprouts. Please indicate your brand name and brand description in the email.
Am I allowed to share the booth?
No, you are not allowed to share the booth as we only allow 1 brand per registration. However ,you are able to sell multiple products from your farm/brand at your booth.
What happens to my $100 if I'm not selected?
Your deposit will be fully refunded if your application is not approved.
Do I need to bring my own payment system (PayNow, card reader)?
Yes, you'll need to handle your own payment processing. Most customers expect PayNow as an option.
What if I can't make it for both days?
The package covers both days (8-9 Nov). If you can only do one day, please mention this in your application.
How will customers find my booth?
We'll provide a market map and directory. There will also be general event marketing to drive foot traffic.
What if it rains? Is the venue covered?
This is a rain or shine event, and the gazebo will provide shelter.
Will electricity be available for refrigeration?
Please specify your power needs in your application - we'll confirm electrical access for approved vendors.
Can I bring my own signage and decorations?
Yes, but they must fit within your allocated booth space and meet venue guidelines.

Refund Policy
A minimum number of participants is required for the programme to begin. A full refund will be refunded in the form of credits should the minimum number is not met. There will be no refund for cancellation two weeks prior to the date of the programme.

Please note that photos and videos may be taken during activities for the purpose of use on social media, in e-newsletters and on our website. All media will not be used for commercial purposes, or in any manner that would exploit or cause malicious representation.

Indemnity Notice
As a participant, you acknowledge and waive all liabilities and claims that may arise from risks of injury, risks as a result of an encounter with the animals & plants, heat related injuries and illness including but not limited to heat exhaustion, sunburn and dehydration.
