Camp facilitator

Dr Valentina Zuin

Dr. Valentina Zuin Founder and CEO of Planet Impact Mosaic, is an experienced educator and a specialist in urban sustainability with a passion for nurturing the next generation of changemakers. She holds a Master's in Urban Planning from MIT and a PhD in the Interdisciplinary Program in Environment and Resources from Stanford University.

She has also a teaching certification. Specializing in design thinking, sustainability, regenerative practices, and systems thinking, Valentina has worked with students for over a decade. She has served as a faculty member at Yale-NUS College and as Head of Sustainability at UWCSEA in Singapore. Her hands-on approach focuses on equipping students with critical thinking and problem-solving skills to thrive in a rapidly changing world. Valentina believes in connecting students to nature and the city, not only to inspire them to become changemakers but also to enhance their well-being.

Camp facilitator

Khor Tuck Kuan

Khor is an experienced creative director with over two decades in advertising and visual communications. Beyond his professional work, Khor has dedicated himself to environmental art and community outreach. Since 2006, he has led recycled art projects for persons with special needs and participated in festivals like iLight Singapore and the Lyon Light Festival, reflecting a commitment to creativity, sustainability, and impact.

is there an age restriction?

Yes, the age requirement is between 9-12 years old.

Is transportation provided?

No, transportation home is not provided.Pick-up and drop-off will take place at the location mentioned above..

Will food be provided?

As our camps are half-day sessions, meals will not be provided. Please pack alight snackfor your child.

What do I need to pack?

All campers need a bag with a water bottle, sun cream, insect repellent and a hat.

What is the ratio of kids to instructors?

Our camp maintains a 1:5 instructor-to-child ratio to ensure personalized guidance and a supportive learning environment.

  • Refund Policy

    A minimum number of participants is required for the programme to begin. A full refund will be refunded in the form of credits should the minimum number is not met. There will be no refund for cancellation two weeks prior to the date of the programme.

    Please note that photos and videos may be taken during activities for the purpose of use on social media,  in e-newsletters and on our website. All media will not be used for commercial purposes, or in any manner that would exploit or cause malicious representation.

    As a participant, you acknowledge and waive all liabilities and claims that may arise from risks of injury, risks as a result of an encounter with the animals & plants, heat related injuries and illness including but not limited to heat exhaustion, sunburn and dehydration.
