Vini is an Educator and Wellness Chef of Vini’s Plantiful Kitchen, a purpose-driven culinary consultancy that inspires wholesome, conscious dining through plant-powered and sustainable foods. She is also a certified chef in Raw Foods. Drawing from her roots in the advertising & headhunting world, where she witnessed first-hand the toll of stress and imbalance which urged her to find a path of balance. Today, through her cooking classes, workshops, consulting, and private dining experiences, she helps her community & clients rediscover food as a source of energy, creativity and wellbeing. Her signature style blends plant-powered cuisine sustainably with multi-cultural influences. She curates her sessions in a way that it leaves you inspired with easy, actionable tips to eat well, live consciously, and thrive even in the busiest of lifestyles.
