Vini is an Educator and Wellness Chef behind Viniβs Plantiful Kitchen, a purpose-driven culinary consultancy specializing in plant-forward foods. Her farm-to-table cooking classes are a lot of fun and educational. She is also a certified raw food chef, someone who loves guiding parents & children to explore fresh, seasonal produce and turn nutrient-dense ingredients into delicious meals.
Drawing from her previous roots in the advertising & headhunting world, where she witnessed first-hand the toll of stress and imbalance which urged her to find a path of balance. Vini discovered how intentional cooking & slowing down can restore balance and vitality. Today, through her cooking classes, workshops and private dining experiences, she helps her community & families see food not just as a means to an end, but a way to reconnect with nature, explore flavour-rich ingredients and bond over cooking.Β
