This event is designed to commemorate World Environment Month, celebrate Takeda’s Birthday, and promote healthy living. It will provide an engaging platform to inspire participants to adopt sustainable practices, prioritize employee well-being, and foster a sense of community.

Sustainability in Action: Practical plant-forward heritage workshop that highlights zero-waste principles, upcycling, and eco-friendly practices

Healthy Living: Reclaim your health by shopping and eating healthier for you and your family with our curated list of vendors

Things included:
•⁠  ⁠Provision of 1.8m x 0.9m table 
•⁠  ⁠⁠Parking is complimentary (unless otherwise stated)
•⁠  ⁠⁠Fee to participate $0
A $50 refundable deposit below is to ensure commitment. (Refunds will be made 5 working days after event day)

Terms & Condition:
•⁠  ⁠No withdrawal is allowed once the approval email is sent.
•⁠  ⁠If you wish to withdraw after approval, a withdrawal fee of $50 will apply. This fee is necessary to account for the time and effort of all parties involved in reviewing and approving your submission.

Application Process:
1.⁠ ⁠Brand register interest to participate in via form (subjected to CitySprouts' approval)
2.⁠ ⁠Brand makes submission for the following documents to facilitate EHS Clearance (applicable to approved vendors acknowledged before mid may 2025):
Doc #1: Worker’s List (Applicable to worker's present during event. All fields must be filled in. For NRIC, only provide the last 4 digits (e.g., SXXXX123A))
Doc #2: Brand's Product Listing  
Doc #3 ((If applicable): Brand's Company ACRA Details
3.  Lastly, Brand receive an email with the application results within 7 days from submission date

  • Refund Policy

    A minimum number of participants is required for the programme to begin. A full refund will be refunded in the form of credits should the minimum number is not met. There will be no refund for cancellation two weeks prior to the date of the programme.

    Please note that photos and videos may be taken during activities for the purpose of use on social media,  in e-newsletters and on our website. All media will not be used for commercial purposes, or in any manner that would exploit or cause malicious representation.

    As a participant, you acknowledge and waive all liabilities and claims that may arise from risks of injury, risks as a result of an encounter with the animals & plants, heat related injuries and illness including but not limited to heat exhaustion, sunburn and dehydration.
