Nestled along the waterfront of Quayside Isle, Wellness by the Cove is a curated lifestyle market bringing together independent brands, local makers, plant enthusiasts, wellness practitioners, and community changemakers for a weekend of connection and discovery.

Expect a thoughtfully selected mix of shopping, workshops, wellness experiences, live music, and community-led activities designed to inspire slower living and meaningful interactions. We are seeking brands that share our values of creativity, sustainability, craftsmanship, and wellbeing to join us in creating a vibrant destination experience for residents and visitors alike.

If your products tell a story, spark curiosity, or encourage a more mindful way of living, we'd love to welcome you to the cove.

Date: Saturday, 11 July 2026 - Sunday, 12 July 2026

Time:

  • Saturday, 10.00am – 6.00pm
  • Sunday, 10.00am – 2.00pm

Quayside Isle, Sentosa Cove

Booth Fee:
1.5 Days: SGD 250 (UP $290)

Important Notes

  • Vendors are responsible for bringing their own extension cords, display materials and decorations.
  • Food and beverage vendors may be subject to additional requirements and approvals.
  • Submission of this form does not guarantee participation. Successful vendors will receive a confirmation email from the organising team.

Terms & Conditions:

  • No booth sharing or reservation.
  • Price stated includes prevailing GST.
  • Booth etiquette must be observed at all times.
  • Vendor must make effort to decorate their booth with appropriate visual merchandising.
  • Vendor to be present at their booth at all times to engage with visitors.
  • Vendor to cooperate in furnishing product information (and workshop info, if any) to City Sprouts.
  • Booking is NOT confirmed until booth fee is paid.
  • No refunds for withdrawal after payment.
  • City Sprouts reserves the rights to re-assign booth spots, withdraw vendors/products deemed inappropriate, and will not be responsible for theft of items during the event.
  • By transacting, you acknowledge and agree to the terms in participating as a vendor.

  • Refund Policy

    A minimum number of participants is required for the programme to begin. A full refund will be refunded in the form of credits should the minimum number is not met. There will be no refund for cancellation two weeks prior to the date of the programme.

  • PDPA Notice

    Please note that photos and videos may be taken during activities for the purpose of use on social media,  in e-newsletters and on our website. All media will not be used for commercial purposes, or in any manner that would exploit or cause malicious representation.

  • Indemnity Notice

    As a participant, you acknowledge and waive all liabilities and claims that may arise from risks of injury, risks as a result of an encounter with the animals & plants, heat related injuries and illness including but not limited to heat exhaustion, sunburn and dehydration.
