The Reality of Mental Health
In 2023, Suicides in Singapore rose to 22-year high, reflecting 'unseen mental distress'. These statistics highlight the urgent need for more support in improving mental well-being.

The Healing Power of Nature
Nature has a remarkable ability to improve mental health and ease stress. Studies have shown that exposure to green spaces and natural environments can enhance mood, reduce anxiety, and boost overall well-being. Also, engaging in hands-on tactile activities triggers the release of endorphins, our body's natural "feel-good" chemicals. The act of nurturing plants, feeling the soil between our fingers, and witnessing growth can bring immense joy and a sense of accomplishment.

Improving Mental Wellness as a Team
Strong social connections provide a support system where individuals can empathize with one another through common experiences, alleviate feelings of isolation and offer emotional support during difficult times.

Teambondings and family days are important to foster a sense of belonging and camaraderie between colleagues and the company. Belonging to a supportive social network can provide a sense of purpose, value, and identity, which are vital for overall mental well-being.
