We have an wide range of Fright Pass Activities to suit all ages. Other than our Haunted Greenhouse that is suitable for those aged 16 and above, the rest of the Fright Pass Activities will be suitable for children aged 3 and above.
How many people does my Fright Pass Coupon admit?
The Fright Pass Coupon admits only one person. If you are a parent with a child, your Fright Pass Coupon admits your child with only one accompanying parent.

Can I buy Fright Pass Coupons onsite during the event?
Fright Pass Coupons are available for purchase onsite at our Redemption Booth. Please note that limited coupons are available onsite, and will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis. To avoid any disappointment, we strongly encourage that you secure your Fright Pass Coupons by purchasing them online.

Refund Policy
A minimum number of participants is required to proceed with the session. A full refund will be provided if the minimum number is not reached. Credit for the value of your ticket will be issued in the form of a coupon for any other reasons.
