  • Tarot Card Reading

    Curious what the future holds? Visit our tarot booth by @99tailfoxes. Ask 2 questions about anything you wish.

    Timing: 5.30pm-8.30pm

  • Scarecrow Decoration

    Create quirky scarecrow decorations using upcycled clothes — a fun, eco-friendly way to celebrate Halloween!

    Timing: 5pm-9pm

    First come first serve basis due to limited quantities.

  • Best Dress Competition

    Join our Best Dressed Contest at the City Sprouts Booth to stand a chance to win CDL vouchers and other exciting prizes!

    One winner from each categories below:

    *Prizes for each categories includes $200 CDL e-Voucher + $50 dining vouchers from Greenwood Fish Market.


    5PM – 7PM: Registration

    Sign up at the City Sprouts Information Booth at Fountain Plaza

    A photo of each participant will be taken at the booth for voting purposes. 

    7PM – 8PM: Public Voting Opens

    • Photos of all participants will be displayed at the Information Booth. 
    • Members of the public can vote for their favourite costumes during this time. 

    8PM: Voting Closes
    No further votes will be accepted after this time. 

    8:30PM: Winner Announcement & Prize Presentation
    All participants are to gather at the Fountain Plaza for winners announced and prize giving.

    *Prizes will be awarded to one winner from each category, based on both public votes.

Does the event require admission ticket?

No, this event does not require any admission tickets, it is completely free to visit for all!

Can I bring my pet?

Yes, dogs are welcome at the event! To ensure a pleasant experience for everyone, please always keep your dogs leashed, clean up after them, and dispose of all waste in a hygienic manner.All dog breeds specified under the Animals & Birds (Licensing and Control of Cats and Dogs) Rules must be muzzled.

Is this event exclusively for residence?

No, everyone is invited! This event is open to the public, so bring your friends, family, and neighbours along.

Are the booths doing Trick or Treating?

Yes! All booths will be participating in Trick or Treat sessions throughout the evening just visit us to join in the fun!

Is there photo mascot?

Yes! There is a friendly Halloween mascots will be roaming around don’t miss the chance to snap a fun photo and tag @quaysideisle_sg & @citysprouts

  • Refund Policy

    A minimum number of participants is required for the programme to begin. A full refund will be refunded in the form of credits should the minimum number is not met. There will be no refund for cancellation two weeks prior to the date of the programme.
