Welcome to the Commewnity Cat Garden, situated at City Sprouts Bedok, where you're able to hang out, slow down, and connect with cats!
With cats as our co-facilitators, this 90-minute group session is a relaxed space where you get to explore themes around emotions, stress, and relationships through fun, low-pressure activities and casual group chats. You won't be put on the spot, and it's NOT therapy — Just a safe, friendly space to pause and reset.
Across different sessions, you might explore things like:
Learn how to spot when stress is building up
Pick up simple ways to deal with tough thoughts or feelings
Understand where others are coming from (without the drama)
Figure out who you can turn to when things feel heavy

A minimum number of participants is required for the programme to begin. A full refund will be refunded in the form of credits should the minimum number is not met. There will be no refund for cancellation two weeks prior to the date of the programme.
