Availability & confirmation
Your selected date is subject to availability. Our team will get back to you within 2 working days to confirm whether your preferred slot is available.
A booking is only confirmed when your booking is locked in with a signed Quotation and booking deposit.
Booking duration & setup
The minimum duration for hourly venue bookings is 2 hours.
Please include the time required for setup and teardown within your total requested booking duration.
Venue Suitability
Our spaces are designed for community gatherings, corporate events, workshops, celebrations and programmes that bring people together. As some of our venues are located within working urban farm and community environments, certain event types may not be suitable.
To ensure our spaces remain welcoming and inclusive for the wider community, all bookings are subject to review and approval by City Sprouts.
