We’re bringing festive cheer to Vidacity for the FIRST TIME with the Christmas Fest in partnership with Riverlife Community Services, PA, Harmony Circle and more.
Event Details:
•Date: Friday & Saturday, 5–6 December 2025
•Time: 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM
•Venue: Vidacity, Level 1
•Expected Attendance: ~500 pax (for both days)
•Setup: From 12:00 PM on 5 Dec (overnight storage available between 5–6 Dec)
What’s Provided:
•1 table & 2 chairs
•Electricity (upon request)
•Access to sink
Who We’re Looking For:
•4 F&B vendors (live stations or pre-packaged food)
A minimum number of participants is required for the programme to begin. A full refund will be refunded in the form of credits should the minimum number is not met. There will be no refund for cancellation two weeks prior to the date of the programme.
