Join us for the inaugural Wild Day Out at Mandai Wildlife WEST! Co-organised with City Sprouts, this is a 2-day event happening on 7 & 8 September. Bring your family and pup companions along to our free-to-access playgrounds and green spaces where you can both enjoy playtime and learn from Mandai experts.

Pick up local goods from the bustling Marketplace and participate in our series of fun activities like Scavenger Hunt and edutainment workshops with the whole family. Not forgetting our special paw-tivities, designed to delight your pup companions for a memorable day out.

  • Terrarium Making (Paid)

    Create your own miniature garden in a glass container. Learn to layer soil, sand, and pebbles, and arrange plants and decorative items to build a unique, self-sustaining ecosystem.

  • Espresso Elegance (Paid)

    In this hands-on workshop, you'll learn how to craft your own luxurious coffee beauty scrubs, harnessing the invigorating properties of coffee grounds to exfoliate and rejuvenate your skin.

  • Vincent Van Paw (Paid)

    In this fun and creative activity, pets use their paws to create unique artwork on canvases. Safe, non-toxic paints are used to ensure the well-being of the animals.

  • Scavenger Hunt (Free)

    Engage in an interactive scavenger hunt where participants search for specific items or complete tasks based on a list of clues. This activity promotes teamwork, problem-solving skills, and a sense of adventure.

  • Dog play area (Free)

    Challenge your dog's agility and obedience in a fun and dynamic dog obstacle course. This course is designed to enhance the bond between pet and owner while showcasing the dogs' skills and training.

  • Build a Bug

    Join us for the thrilling Build-a-Bug Workshop! Each participant will receive a mystery bag packed with a variety of materials, ready to ignite your imagination as you create your own unique upcycled garden bug. Explore the fascinating world of garden biodiversity and uncover the secrets of nature’s tiny creatures!

  • Kokedama

    Participants can immerse themselves in the therapeutic art of making their own kokedama. Guided through each step, you'll choose your plant, create a custom holder, and design a visually captivating piece.

  • Refund Policy

    A minimum number of participants is required for the programme to begin. A full refund will be refunded in the form of credits should the minimum number is not met. There will be no refund for cancellation two weeks prior to the date of the programme.

    Please note that photos and videos may be taken during activities for the purpose of use on social media,  in e-newsletters and on our website. All media will not be used for commercial purposes, or in any manner that would exploit or cause malicious representation.

  • Indemnity Notice

    As a participant, you acknowledge and waive all liabilities and claims that may arise from risks of injury, risks as a result of an encounter with the animals & plants, heat related injuries and illness including but not limited to heat exhaustion, sunburn and dehydration.
