01 Do I need a ticket to enter the event?

Entry to Masak Masak is free. However, selected workshops, experiences and dining programmes require advance booking or payment.

02 Will the event proceed if it rains?

Masak Masak: Traditions Reimagined is a rain-or-shine event. Certain outdoor activities may be adjusted or relocated in the event of inclement weather.

03 How do I register for workshops and experiences?

Select your preferred experience on this page and complete your booking through its individual registration page. Advance booking is recommended as capacity is limited.

04 Are the workshops suitable for children?

Most activities are family-friendly. Any age restrictions or adult-accompaniment requirements are stated within the respective experience details.

05 Can I purchase tickets on the day itself?

Selected activities may accept walk-ins, subject to availability. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred session.

06 What happens if I am late for my workshop?

Late entry is subject to the facilitator’s discretion to minimise disruption to the session. Please arrive ahead of your scheduled start time.

07 Is the event pet-friendly?

Pets are welcome in the outdoor areas but must remain leashed and supervised at all times.

08 Is parking available?

Parking is available at West Coast Park Car Park 2, approximately a five-minute walk from City Sprouts West Coast. Parking charges may apply.

09 Will photographs and videos be taken during the event?

Photography and filming may take place for documentation and marketing purposes. By attending, you acknowledge that you may appear in event photographs or videos.
