Join us for a celebration of nature, spice, and everything nice! Immerse yourself in a morning of hands-on workshops, tours, and activities at West Coast Park.

Event Highlights:

  2. Hands-on traditional cooking workshops such as rempah making and ondeh-ondeh making.

  4. Meet our community farmers and attend sharing sessions on indigenous plants, organic fertilisers, and nature play!

    In line with our spice theme, learn how to make your very own rempah in this short workshop! Take some home to add to your own cooking!

  • Ondeh-ondeh Making Workshop

    Make one of Southeast Asia's most beloved kueh-kuehs with a twist! This workshop will use blue pea flowers for a unique blue colouring (and some may come sambal-filled as well!)

  • Daun-daun di Pulau (Leaves on the Island) with Orang Laut SG

    Join in on a walk around West Coast Park led by Firdaus Sani, a descendant of Pulau Semakau, one of Singapore’s southern islands. Learn about his ancestral stories and the lesser-known traditions of the Orang Laut/Pulau. In the second part of the session, Firdaus will engage you in exploring the uses of flora through the lens of a coastal community: medicinal, food, and spiritual.

  • Adventure Play & Nature Crafts Fun with Wildings

    Dive into a world of excitement with Wildlings! Enjoy endless outdoor fun in their Adventure Play Garden with water play, a thrilling construction area, an imaginative nature play kitchen, a bouncy trampoline, and more. Or enjoy sheltered play activities in their Education Centre, with nature crafts, a chill-out zone, and shelter-building. It's an unforgettable adventure for kids and families alike!

  • Organic Fertiliser Workshop with Nutrition Tech

    Calling all organic gardening enthusiasts! Dive into the science behind organic fertilisers and debunk common myths and misconceptions about this key to organic farming.

  • Refund Policy

    A minimum number of participants is required for the programme to begin. A full refund will be refunded in the form of credits should the minimum number is not met. There will be no refund for cancellation two weeks prior to the date of the programme.
