Take a break from the daily grind and unwind with some mindfulness yoga at our rooftop garden as the sun sets.
Led by Tiara Chen, we will focus on centering ourselves and breathing techniques through a series of guided stretches. This is suitable for anybody who is looking to achieve mental clarity and calmness.
Remember to bring your own towel and yoga mat!

Refund Policy
A minimum number of participants is required for the programme to begin. A full refund will be refunded in the form of credits should the minimum number is not met. There will be no refund for cancellation two weeks prior to the date of the programme.
