Rooftop Sundown Yoga is Sky Sprouts inaugural wellness workshop in collaboration with by Terra Luna Yoga.
Join us, engage with your senses and learn about the different herbs and edible plants that promotes mental wellness. Finally, soak in the sunset with a glass of fresh blue pea flower drink and a flow yoga session.
Program: 5:30pm: Rooftop Farm Tour with Blue Pea Flower welcome drink 6pm: 60mins Flow Yoga on the lawn (This is a Bring-your-own-mat workshop)

About Sky Sprouts Nested in the heart of King Albert Park is a rooftop green oasis at Link@896. Sky Sprouts is a new urban farm with 7 uniquely-themed green conservatory offering experiential learning on gardening, farming, farm-to-table edible plants and other wellness activities for city dwellers.
A minimum number of participants is required for the programme to begin. A full refund will be refunded in the form of credits should the minimum number is not met. There will be no refund for cancellation two weeks prior to the date of the programme.
