Rooftop Sundown Yoga

Rooftop Sundown Yoga is Sky Sprouts inaugural wellness workshop in collaboration with by Terra Luna Yoga.

Join us, engage with your senses and learn about the different herbs and edible plants that promotes mental wellness. Finally, soak in the sunset with a glass of fresh blue pea flower drink and a flow yoga session.

Program:
5:30pm: Rooftop Farm Tour with Blue Pea Flower welcome drink
6pm: 60mins Flow Yoga on the lawn
(This is a Bring-your-own-mat workshop)
