Introducing Sachi, the world’s first sustainable soy whey based alcoholic beverage brand by Singapore. Sachi is made from soy whey that would otherwise be disposed of by tofu manufacturers, but tastes just like honey wine. They hope to revolutionise the alcohol industry by creating new generation products fit for the modern lifestyle.

In this intimate workshop, you'll get to learn about the wine, taste them, and how to create a cocktail with Sachi!

Programme:
  • Introduction to tofu making, and how soy whey is derived from the process
  • Overview of Sachi and its technology, and how it addresses the environmental issues posed by soy whey
  • Summary of Sachi’s manufacture process (photos, flowcharts etc)
  • Cocktail making activity: participants will be invited to mix their own Sachi cocktails under the guidance of our bartender, who will share the inspiration behind his creations
  • They will use fresh herbs and spices commonly found at grocery store.
  • Price inclusive of 1 glass of wine, and 1 glass of cocktail.
