This form is intended for the collection of the vendor deposit required to secure your booth for the event on 10 October 2026.

Deposit Information:

A $100 refundable deposit per booth is required to confirm your participation and reserve your allocated space at the market.

The deposit helps us manage vendor commitments, event planning, and booth allocations effectively. Further event information, including setup details and vendor guidelines, will be shared closer to the event date.

  • Locally grown producer
  • Plastic free vendors
  • Unique, sustainable and innovative brands
  • [New!]Composting or plant related short form workshop facilitators 

    Booth information:

    1. Table and chairs included.

    2. Brands are required to bring their own setup.

    3. No water point is provided, but vendors are encourage to use common restrooms that are conveniently located nearby.

    • Booth allocations are subject to organiser approval and operational requirements.
    • Event details and arrangements may be updated as planning progresses.
    • Any special setup requirements, live demonstrations, tastings, or activation needs should be indicated within the form.

    • Refund Policy

      A minimum number of participants is required for the programme to begin. A full refund will be refunded in the form of credits should the minimum number is not met. There will be no refund for cancellation two weeks prior to the date of the programme.
