This will be a slow class aimed to connect and relax and is suitable for all levels. Let the bunnies calm you as they roam free while you practice!
Bunny therapy has been shown to greatly reduce anxiety and stress levels, so set a Yintention while the bunnies hop around you during the practice!

About our Yoga Teacher
Brandon Chong started off as a Competitive Dancer and a Figure Skater in his earlier movement days. He picked up Yoga when he was serving the Navy as a Naval Officer for 5 years. He found both the beauty of movement and discipline in his Yoga Practice; a practice that unites both strength and flexibility through movement techniques. He then left the Navy and went to a renown Ashram in Nasik City, India where he got his certifications as a Yoga Teacher.
Brandon founded his own brainchild, Instiinct Studios in 2017. He has also been invited to teach at Bali, Sri Lanka, Malaysia, Australia and New York. Brandon has lead events with other names such as Google, W Hotel, Oasia, Ogilvy and Mather, L’Oreal. He was also featured in Vulcan Post and other publications like the Singapore Straits Times.
Brandon is now an ambassador for Cycling bears and a Legacy Ambassador for Lululemon, working with the team on their global design initiative and community projects.
As a coach, Brandon has taught people from all walks of lives, from those who has no experience in any fitness style all the way to Athletes through his background in using movement and relaxation techniques to help balance the strength and flexibility in his flow and yin type classes. He believes that anyone can benefit with Yoga, and how Yoga aids in the mindfulness of everyday life. He has taught various big fitness events stages such as Glow Festival, Fitness Festival and Yoga Festival.
